There’s no denying the facts. Given the significant effect the downturn in the oil & gas industry has had across Alberta and Saskatchewan, many businesses are struggling to stay afloat. That’s not to say consumers have it easy either. While personal bankruptcies may have gone down since last year, Consumer Proposals have seen quite the spike. With the New Year approaching, this is a good time to evaluate what is coming in, vs. what is going out and establish a plan to build towards a stronger financial future.
