Valérie Dufour is a Consultant with MNP’s Insolvency & Corporate Recovery group in Montréal. Valérie specializes in offering initial recovery and insolvency consultations to consumers and conducting the two following mandatory consultations. She also prepares legal requests for documentation supporting consumer proposals, bankruptcy or other complex files that will be submitted to the Court.
Experienced at finding practical solutions to financial difficulties, Valérie consults with and advises clients on their options while helping them manage their financial difficulties with confidence. Her approach is tailored to the unique needs and situations of clients while ensuring they understand the entire process of filing a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal.
Valérie received her diploma in legal studies through College Ahunstic in 2010. In order to acquire new knowledge, she has also followed one course of business law through the TELUQ and one course in accounting through CEGEP St Laurent.
