The outcome so far has resulted in my belief that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel

I'd like to thank you for the time you spent with me today. I'd been dreading a "counseling" session on budgeting about as much as I'd dreaded the molar extraction I'd been compelled to endure a few years ago, but my experience with you today was a pleasant surprise.
Melanie Fuller's high level of professionalism and wise counsel seem to be a common feature among those professionals who are part of the MNP advisory and support staff. You demonstrated immediate insights into the causes of my overwhelming debt burden. Your attentive manner and quick grasp of my problems lessened my fear of being treated like a delinquent and incompetent person. You understood and responded with warmth and knowledge, such that your advice was succinct as well as relevant.
I'd delayed seeking debt management counseling for fear that I'd be lectured to in an aloof manner. The non-judgmental tone of MNP staff are correctly focused on solving problems and are not affected by the judgemental tones I heard in previous queries I'd made to other trustees. My experiences with MNP have been respectful and have allowed me to retain my dignity.
MNP has enabled me to finally believe it is possible I will find a degree of freedom from the burden of unsought debt that truly was beyond my control. Yet my previous queries to other trustees had reinforced my fears that I'd be deemed the architect of my own doom. It was not until I'd contacted MNP that I felt comfortable making an appointment with Melanie Fuller (which I believe you'd initially arranged), followed by my consultation today with you. The outcome thus far has resulted in my belief that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel.
