Martine Lessard CIRP, LIT Vice President

Martine Lessard is a Vice President of MNP’s Insolvency and Restructuring group. Martine is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional, Consumer Proposal Administrator, and Registered BIA Insolvency Counsellor. For over 20 years, she has assisted both individuals and corporations in managing all aspects of bankruptcies and proposals to creditors. Martine is dedicated to working alongside clients all the way through to trustee discharge, leveraging her extended network to their benefit.

She has conducted hundreds of complex financial assessments with consumer and corporate debtors, advising them of their statutory and non-statutory options in a manner that is approachable and easy to understand. Experienced at recommending practical solutions, Martine helps clients manage their financial difficulties with confidence. She is recognised by her peers and clients as a person who has a very human approach.

Martine is a proud member of the The Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) and of the Quebec Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals. She also has been involved for many years in community organizations such as ACEF (Association cooperative d’economie familiale) and other associations.
