On March 2, 2020, MNP Ltd. was appointed as Receiver and Manager (the "Receiver") of all assets, undertakings and property, including proceeds, of DDK Ventilation Products Ltd. (the "Company"). The Company, located in Coquitlam, British Columbia, operated as a distributor of ventilation products and air distribution solutions for commercial and light industrial applications.

On September 20, 2021 Cirdea Food Services Inc. (“Cirdea”) was assigned into bankruptcy and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Cirdea operated a Mary Brown’s Fried Chicken franchise in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Debsel Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal on May 18, 2018 and MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee under the proposal. On Nov. 16, 2018, the Debtor company filed a proposal to its creditors. On December 20, 2018, Debsel Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy.

Dechen Limited Partnership and Dechen GP Corporation (collectively as "Dechen") each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") on May 17, 2017 and MNP Ltd. consented to act as Proposal Trustee. Dechen, located in Cold Lake, AB, provided logging, log hauling, seismic clearing and pipeline services and operated a lumber mill.

On October 22, 2019, Del Equipment Inc. sought and obtained from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) an order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") on October 22, 2019. Del Equipment Inc. filed an assignment on the 3rd day of December 2020 and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee. On September 7, 2016, Delta Electric Inc. filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy and MNP Ltd. was named as Trustee. Delta Electric Inc. provides electrical contracting services.

D&G Property Pros Inc., (the “Company”) operated a Landscaping business. It was incorporated in 2008 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on November 24th, 2023.

Dhanoa Ventures Inc. was placed into Receivership by order of the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan – In Bankruptcy and Insolvency on January 12, 2018. MNP Ltd. has been appointed as Receiver Manager of the company and its assets. It is our intention to continue operating the Motel 6 in Estevan and in that regard, we have engaged Meridian Hotels Ltd. to act as manager of the property.

Dhillon & Son Transport Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 23, 2022 and MNP Ltd. was named as Trustee to the file.
