<p><strong>Joel Kideckel, CPA, CGA, CIRP, Trustee</strong>, is a Trustee in Bankruptcy and Vice President with MNP. Based in Markham, Joel delivers advice and solutions to help individuals faced with debt and insolvency overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.</p>
<p>Joel has been in the insolvency and restructuring field for more than 15 years, the first decade specializing in corporate insolvencies and restructuring of small to mid-size companies. He also provided mid-market insolvency services to financial institutions. In 2009, Joel migrated to MNP&rsquo;s personal insolvency group.</p>
<p>Joel has used his experience in both the corporate and personal insolvency fields to provide expert advice to individuals, professionals and small businesses. He performs a personalized analysis of each financial situation and provides workable options to solve financial problems.</p>
<p>A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified General Accountant (CGA) and Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP), Joel has spoken before accounting and legal associations, providing insightful information to help professionals better serve their clients. He is a long-time member of the committee grading the National Insolvency Examination, which is the final step in obtaining the CIRP professional designation.</p>
